Intent to NMU sun-java6 to fix pending po-debconf l10n bugs

No, that is not the way to go. The package does not transition to
testing because the ia32 support on ia64 is broken. Please see bug
#563402 for more information.

This is my plan:

- file removal requests for the ia64 architecture against
sun-java6/unstable, sun-java6/stable, and sun-java5/stable
- wait for the testing transition of sun-java6
- upload a new upstream version of sun-java6 to unstable including
easy bug fixes like i18n
- upload a new upstream version of sun-java6 to stable
