The package's description consists almost exclusively about what Apache
Maven is -- copied from <http://maven.apache.org/what-is-maven.html>.

The only sentence relevant to its contents is: "This package makes it
possible to use Maven for building Debian packages." -- which would also
be true for the jdeb plugin. ;-)
