Damien Raude-Morvan has retired -- how to handle his pkg-java-maintainers team maintained packages

Dear Java Team,

Damien Raude-Morvan (drazzib) has recently retired. During a follow up check from
the MIA team I recognized that he had several packages under the team's
umbrella with him as the sole uploader. As several pacakges are quite
outdated, I'd like to hear how we should proceed:
- do you prefer to handle the orphaning/adopting/... yourself?
- or do you want me to file "remove from uploader" bugs?
