please put it into the git repository on
git.debian.org/git/pkg-javascript. i personally use the (git|debhelper)
layout like i did in prototypejs and scriptaculous, however, you're free
to use a different one.

once you've commited, i'm sure others will have a look at it for missing
things, and if any, update it.
