But you can split it into a doc package ( jquery-lazyload-doc),
such as, libjs-jquery-ui and libjs-jquery-ui-docs.

Yes, is the same thing. There is no license file in repository
or mention about images license =/

As I said, there is no general license, so we only know the license for
JS files.
