After grepping I found:

  $ cd /usr/lib/
  $ ack-grep readable-stream
nodejs/sha/index.js
3:var Transform = require('stream').Transform || require('readable-stream').Transform

and change that line to:

  var Transform = require('stream').Transform // || require('readable-stream').Transform

and error goes out!
