You could set as Maintainer
Debian Javascript Maintainers <pkg-javascript-devel at lists.alioth.debian.org>
and yourself as Uploaders.

Note that libv8 is maintained there too. That might help coordinating uploads
if mongodb is to be linked to the shared lib.
