I am unaware of anything specifically blocking node-webkit from being 
packaged for Debian, other than someone doing the tasks of both initial 
packaging and ongoin maintenance of the packaging.

Next step is, I believe, to file either an ITP bugreport (if you intend 
to package and maintain yourself) or an RFP bugreport (if you want 
others to encourage others to do it.  More info on how to file such
