Let's see - here are the bullet points from the front page:

  * HTML5 audio and video players in pure HTML and CSS.
  * Custom Flash and Silverlight players that mimic the HTML5 
    MediaElement API for older browsers
  * Accessibility standards including WebVTT

Of those, the first point is not Javascript at all, the second is not 
working at all, so your argument must be related to the third somehow.

Please elaborate!!
