consider this patch. The actual error string is:

   TypeError: error:06065064:digital envelope routines:EVP_DecryptFinal_ex:bad decrypt

In the patch I hook into human readable part, not into the hexadecimal
error code. I don't know how the test passed before! The test expected
00000000 error code...
