Hi!

While working on Debian's “reproducible builds” effort [1], we have
noticed that jquery doesn't build reproducibly.
An unreproducible timestamp is embedded into the jquery.js file.

There is already a patch that changes the timestamp that is used.
I modified it to use the latest timestamp from debian/changelog
instead of the build time.
