Hi,

express crashes if run within a non-empty directory:
james at helena:/tmp$ express

/usr/lib/nodejs/express-generator/bin/express:62
      program.confirm('destination is not empty, continue? ', function(ok){
              ^
TypeError: Object #<Command> has no method 'confirm'
    at /usr/lib/nodejs/express-generator/bin/express:62:15
    at /usr/lib/nodejs/express-generator/bin/express:220:5
    at Object.oncomplete (fs.js:108:15)

The commander.confirm method was removed from commander in 2.0.0.

This was fixed upstream here:
https://github.com/expressjs/generator/commit/24ab92090bc5da8af28b880549049fe07e837505
