[Pkg-javascript-devel] Bug#850506: Unreproducible FTBFS of acorn

Hi.

Any progress on this?

I'm currently raising severities of FTBFS-randomly bugs when the
following conditions are met:

* It fails for me more than 20% of the time.
* The failures also happen in reproducible builds autobuilders.

I am skipping this package because there is no way to estimate the
probability of failure, as it always fail in some machines and never
in some others.

It is interesting to note, however, that this package also fails to
build in some of the reproducible builds autobuilders:

https://tests.reproducible-builds.org/debian/rb-pkg/testing/i386/acorn.html

Maybe this fact makes the bug to be even worse than a purely random
FTBFS: What would happen if the Security Team needs to upload this
package once that stretch is stable and the build fails over and over
again?

Do you see the problem I see here?

Thanks.
