I wouldn't do that - instead have separate packages:
(patches already sent upstream)

Running in production on trusty, on devuan still testing.

Yes, that's a ugly problem for the thousands of (usually non-stable)
nano-packages the nodejs subspace bubble.

I've taken the less ugly approach of just adding them as local deps to
the source tree. A working npm w/o any nodejs packages installed
doesn't seem so bad anyways, IMHO.
