[Pkg-kde-extras] Bug#499762: "Device selector" frame in the OBEX object push client incorrectly displays the device name because of characters enconding

When kbluetooth displays the 'Connected to <device name>' notification the 
device name is displayed correctly. But the "Device selector" frame in the 
OBEX object push client incorrectly displays the device name.

This of course only happens when the device name contains extended characters.
