[Pkg-kde-extras] Bug#776377: krecipes: Updated Version in Git

I see that upstream development on krecipes is continuing; they're working
on version 2.1 within the git repo.  If they're releasing tarballs
somewhere, I haven't found the new location for them.  From looking at the
commit subject lines, there does not seem to be movement to port to Qt 5
yet.  (This relates to #784486 concerning pending Qt4 WebKit removal.)

The mailing list for krecipes seems to have changed location too.

The SourceForge project page for Krecipes seems to be out of date, yet still
seems to be pointed to for downloads and information.
