LLVM-3.2 R600 backend dependency for Mesa

Hi,

The r600g (for compute) and radeonsi gallium drivers for the upcoming
Mesa 9.1 release will depend on a patched version of 3.2 that includes
the R600 backend plus some critical bug fixes.

I have been maintaining a tree based on LLVM 3.2 in the master branch of
this repository: http://cgit.freedesktop.org/~tstellar/llvm and once the
Mesa 9.1 release happens I will be using this branch to generate an R600
backend patch that can be applied on top of the LLVM 3.2 source release.

The R600 backend will be part of the official LLVM 3.3. release, so LLVM
3.2 is the only version that will require this patch.
