Bug#773133: scan-build: error: Cannot find an executable 'clang'

Dear Maintainer,

scan-build is not able to find the clang executable, and is thus not
functional.
Here is the output of scan-build:

$ scan-build-3.5 make
scan-build: error: Cannot find an executable 'clang' relative to scan-build.  Consider using --use-analyzer to pick a version of 'clang' to use for static analysis.

The debian source package contains a patch to fix this issue
(scan-build-clang-path.diff) but it is commented out in the series file.

On the other hand, scan-build from the clang-3.6 version is working
fine, because the clang-3.6 package has the exact same patch, and it is
actually enabled.

I suggest to simply enable the scan-build-clang-path.diff patch in
clang-3.5.
