LLVM/Clang-16 32bit x86 packages are missing from Debian Buster LLVM package repo.

Hello

Yeah, ubuntu hasn't been supporting i386 for a while. I removed the 
support of this years ago in apt.llvm.org

You should consider Debian if you want i386
