I'm running LTSP 4.2 which has support for scanners connected to the
client.  However, the driver for my scanner is not installed by default.
I have two HP 3020 multifunction devices which are supported by the 
hplip packages.

At first glance, it seemed easy to install hplip on the client.  Then I
realized that the hpaio sane driver requires two additional daemons
which are written in python.

How to easily install the whole stack of packages? What I'd like to be
able to do is: 

# chroot /opt/ltsp-4.2/i386
# apt-get install hplip

Am I missing something?
