[Pkg-ltsp-devel] lintian issues with ldm, ltsp and maybe ltspfs

so, i've been building packages in a clean cowbuilder/pbuilder
environment.

when i do so, i get fewer lintian warnings than when the buildd's build
the packages.

most notably is that when the packages are built on the buildd's, they
simply don't install some of the manpages listed in debian/*.manpages
otherwise, the packages are (mostly) fine.

i'm perplexed ...

the other issue that shows up on the buildd's, but not when i build the
package, is that the pt_BR translation for ltsp is listed as invalid.

are the buildd's broken, or is there actually something wrong with our
packaging?  something wrong with the version of debhelper/dh_installman
on the buildd's?
