When this was fixed, Breaks and Replaces were declared agains liblxqt0
rather than liblxqt0-dev. In effect, this means that the bug still
applies and liblxqt1-dev is RC buggy.

You can no longer fix this for the initial bookworm release. Please send
a spu bug to the release team to update the first stable point release
instead.
