Denis fixed it as Thorsten suggested and currently in git the startup
page is a listing of the user's home directory. I though think this is
not really very user-friendly, especially not for beginners.

So I'd prefer to let STARTFILE point to
file://localhost/usr/share/doc/lynx/lynx_help/about_lynx.html.gz (file
location) or
file://localhost/usr/share/doc/lynx-common/lynx_help/about_lynx.html.gz
(logical location via symlink) instead.

If anyone is against that file as STARTFILE, please raise your voice.
I'll likely do the next upload with my proposed changed, but we can
change it back if wanted.
