Hello Ludovic,

I've started to port the mc patches from 4.6.1 to 4.6.2~pre1 as you can see 
on the commits mailinglist. 

Since the other guy who want to help doesn't do anything I would like to 
ask you if you can help me to port all patches to 4.6.2 ... (there are 
~8-9 patches missing.. I'm not sure atm).

The main problem are atm the utf8 patches. some parts doesn't apply cleanly 
and we'll have to check what have changed and change the patches to fit. 
(or find somewhere already ported and working patches for utf8 support).

What do you think? 


The next phase would be heavy testing of the new mc (and maybe a upload to 
experimental) in order to find out if the new version fix some of the many 
bugs which are filled against mc. 
If yes there should be a upload to unstable ~1-2 weeks later with maaaany
