Bug#385994: mdadm: Missing versionned dep on debconf

I'm unable to install mdadm 2.5.3.git200608202239-2 with debconf
1.4.30.13. I get the following error:

debconf-escape has been introduced in debconf 1.4.72, please add the
versionned dep.
