If you will have network on the system where you start the live-cd, then
you can just get the package through apt-get as on a 'real' system.

If you will not have network on the system, include the deb (and it's
depends), to be sure you have everything you need.

It's really ugly to do it like this, but I hope mdadm can be adjusted soon.
