There are some things to improve:

* License are connected with or instead of a comma: "License: MPL-1.1 or
GPL-2+ or LGPL-2.1+"

* The initial developer should be listed in Copyright, too.

* The "license block" (BEGIN LICENSE BLOCK to END LICENSE BLOCK) needs
to be reformatted.

* You should refer /usr/share/common-licenses/GPL-2 and LGPL-2.1 (for
example [1])

* I license the debian/* files under the same conditions (MPL-1.1 or
GPL-2+ or LGPL-2.1+)
