that's a bad behaviour for mozilla-devscripts then. xpi:depends should
do the work also if we have some Depends and not leave the recommends
field empty.

we will fix that on the next revision, let's wait a bit to see if we get
some BTS reports. If the package will get into testing with no problems,
we will upload a new revision.
