[Pkg-mozext-maintainers] Bug#1058698: mozilla-devscripts should be removed from testing/unstable

Hello,

as an information for the archive:

to build the webext packages, you didn't need mozilla-devscripts.

I used it to build the orig.tar.gz from the xpi in former time.

But it is not necessary any more
