Enable faad support in ffmpeg/experimental

I'm pretty busy myself ATM now with other stuff. I'll try if I can get
to it this weekend. if you have some spare time, feel free to do it
yourself, perhaps in a seperate branch if you are unsure. I'll review
(and/or commit) it to the experimental branch, depending on where you
prepare the new upstream.

A change that comes to my mind I'd like to do: ffmpeg does use an soname
scheme, I'd like to follow it. They are using libavcodec.51, so the
package name should perhaps by libavcodec51d instead of libavcodec1d. If
ABI changes before upstream changes that number, we can either go with
libavcodec51d1, and ask upstream about bumping the number.
