Changes to the 'rumor' package

Sorry for taking so long for the rumor package. I wanted to upload it,
and stumbled over this lintian warning:

W: rumor source: changelog-should-mention-nmu

This is obvious. Ryan, would you mind taking over maintainance of rumor?
In that case, please add yourself in the Uploaders filed.

The other warning one is:

E: rumor: package-contains-info-dir-file usr/share/info/dir.gz

This is pretty serious, as it breaks listing the info pages on the
installed system.
