RFS: ffado 2.0.0

Hi!


After several years of development, the FFADO team has released its
first official version, libffado 2.0.0 (the version is a little bit
confusing, consider libfreebob as libffado 1.0.0)

I've imported the tarball into our repository, it's ready to be
uploaded.

(Note that there was an internal tarball testing phase during the last
two weeks, no problems have been reported)
