I think it is a reasonable stand (and apparently phrased this way
makes more sense to me than before). However, I'm not sure where to
link it from. In general the main page is kind of unorganized, and
maybe outdated. Maybe some trimming is in order? I would discard the
WNPP info, and the Policy page, because I cannot make any sense out of
it. Then ink the FAQ in the interaction section.

Also, the WNPP info is somewhat in contradiction with the FAQ: on the
one hand, we have packages in which we "are" interested and in the
other hand we won't become sponsors like the debian-mentors list.
