Maybe. You could play around with 'git rebase -i' or 'git reset --hard
&& git commit', but that would also require that you remove already
published commits. This will terribly confuse everyone that has already
fetched these revisions. 

Generally, doing this is causing more trouble than its worth. However it
is a very usful technique for cleaning up unpushed revisions. I ususally
have a local, never published scratch branch, and push it only when I
have cleaned it up. Of course the cleaned up branch needs extra
testing...
