These steps are missing are deliberately missing in my notes above, as
Free [2] has already given them on this list. On the wiki page, they
should definitely be noted, I'm unsure if it wouldn't be better for
beginners if they were separated. If you are unsure about git usage, I
think it would really be better to use git-format-patch [3] and send
patches to this list.
