Liblo

Hi team. I've been working on liblo a while ago, and I think I should get to
finish that work.

* What is liblo? An Open Sound Control implementation, used to control sound
events between different applications.

* Who uses it? Amongst others, ardour, rosegarde, csound, dssi.

I have prepared in the git repo a new upstream version, 0.26 which brings 2
major changes:

SONAME bump. Applications should still be source-compatible.
Licensing move from GPL to LGPL. This is good because some rdeps are LGPL
themselves.

I have also unversioned the liblo0-dev package, since only one version should
be supported at a time. So...

2 rdeps will FTBFS, because they have versioned build depends on liblo0-dev
(which will no longer exist). One is sineshaper, which hasn't seen an upload
since 2007 and has popcon inst count 52, maybe it could be removed (Free?).
Rosegarden does have a bigger installed base. It has seen recent uploads, so
should be OK.

I would like you to review the package I have in git, so that then we can
coordinate with the release team and upload.

Saludos,
Felipe Sateler
