Please try to avoid such 'combined' commits in future. More focused
commits are much easier to comment on and, if necessary, revert. Also
consider that focused commits make git blame much more useful.

We are doing maintainer uploads, so 1.1.4-1 would be the correct version number.

surely not wrong, I just wonder how this listing looks like on
packages.debian.org. Isn't there somewhere an explanation how to do
itemizations properly in package descriptions?
