I've chosen to drop it since it doesn't change all that much. In case
the message wasn't clear, last upload only had part of its changelog, so
I added the rest of 1.0.4-1's changelog under 1.0.4-1 and put a note
under 1.0.5-1 saying I had done so.

Done. I've been scrapping all of my CDBS packaging for short-form dh
because I was under the impression than dh had superseded CDBS; I'll
know better for next time.
