dropping -gui flavor from mplayer package

Hm, my expectation is that I get a user interface when I install a 
package that identifies itself as a media player. People who want to 
use mplayer for streaming or prefer other frontends can still remove 
the default gui. but generally I still think a media player needs a 
gui by default.

Other opinions?
