It didn't apply cleanly against our master branch, e.g. there is no 
libavformat/id3v1.c file, but I applied it anyway as suited just after 
our 900_doxyfile patch.

For the master.snapshot branch, I don't think it makes sense to apply 
it there, because it will be obsoleted by the next snapshot anyway.
