Bug#687405: Upstream fix hard to port to Debian

This FTBFS was fixed upstream. Unfortunately, the patch is hard to port
to Debian, since many filenames were changes in the meantime. I have no
time to look after this at the moment.

Another option is to apply my patch instead of upstream's. My patch is
rather messy, but it should be dropped anyway when the next version is
packages, since that will benefit from the upstream fix. I leave this
decision to the maintainer.

Giovanni.
