Only packaged extensions:

I haven't modified iceweasel with respect to the official Debian
package and I don't think I changed the configuration in a way that
prevents the loading of plugins.
After all, I am still able to play some video formats (such as mp4
videos, for instance) with gecko-mediaplayer.

It's somewhat long and detailed, but, if you have the patience to read
it through, you may get a precise idea of how I configured the browser.
