Bug#773588: libav-tools: spectrum visualisation does not respect window manager

Hi,

I use a tiling window manager (ratpoison), and when using avplay, the
visualisation is not scaled to the window size until the window is hidden
and shown again. This is typical behaviour for programs that do not handle
the case when their window placement hints are ignored.
