http://dvdnav.mplayerhq.hu/ states that their code was imported to the
videolan git repositories. So the videolan developer didn't fork the
library, but took over the development. So we can just ship the coming
releases from videolan (which will be 5.0.0).

Can we get the XBMC developers to integrate their changes into the
library on videolan?
