Unfortunately, there is currently nothing we can do about this issue. As
stated in the package description, our version of handbrake had to get
modified in order to get included in Debian: The mp4v2 library used for
MP4 muxing is licensed under the MPL-1.1 which is incompatible with the
GPL under which the rest of handbrake is licensed. Thus, we had to
entirely disable usage of that code in handbrake.
