Package of libbdplus

Hi Sebastian,
I contacted Jean-Baptiste from VideoLAN [1] and he remarked that these
sha1.* files are very widely used and already in Debian like in reprepro,
mutt, ffmpeg, libav, etc. I modified copyright file of libdbdplus using
similar information about sha1 files from copyright file from reprepro. Do
you think it is enough?
