Granting write access to all DDs to our git area

I ssh'ed into alioth and did not see the Debian group in the ACL for
the team repos. So I assumed it didn't work. Possibly it hangs setting
the ACLs on all the repositories and only some where set? I can't test
right now (not on my debian laptop).
