Hi Dmitry,

Would you consider switching to using curl? I've attached a patch
which does so (which fixes my issue when building tails with
libdvd-pkg).

Alternatively, we could try wget, then curl, then uscan. If you prefer
that, let me know and I'll attach a new patch.
