It might have ended in some spam filter, at least I suspect that's the
reason the mail didn't make it to the list.

Mike Gabriel pointed me to a mistake in the mail [2].
Probably most have no particular preference either way.

I don't want to spam people, but if you think there is any
benefit, feel free to ask them again. (Maybe BCC'ing would
be better with regard to spam filters?)
