Update devede to DevedeNG

Uhm, renaming the project is normally interpreted as a fork.

If it is not a fork but a major upgrade, I recommend you to not change 
project name but just (as you did) bump the major part of the version, 
and make a big warning in changelog and release notes that it is a major 
change.  If you want to still support older version for some time, you 
can then consider offer that in a separate branch of the git.
